Given the importance of Sulfur to joint structure and function, we then add 800 mg of organic sulfur from MSM (MethylSulfonylMethane). Because Turmeric (Curcumin) has such a long list of benefits throughout the body, particularly its soothing role for our overworked joints, we also add 100mg of our uniquely activated & protected, Curcumin-Phospholipid Complex.
