Directions:
For Face Care – Take 1 teaspoon of Jungli Haldi powder in a clean bowl. Add rose water, raw milk, or curd to make a smooth paste. Apply evenly to the face and neck. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Use 2–3 times a week for best results. For Body Care – Mix 2–3 teaspoons of Jungli Haldi powder with gram flour and milk to make a natural ubtan. Apply to the body before bathing to enhance skin brightness and smoothness. For Bridal Glow – Combine Jungli Haldi with sandalwood powder and milk cream for a luxurious pre-wedding skin treatment. For Internal Use – Consume only under the guidance of a certified Ayurvedic practitioner. Usual suggested dosage is 1⁄4–1⁄2 teaspoon mixed in warm milk or water once daily.
