Mix 1⁄2 teaspoon of Isabgol in a small glass of water and drink it. Wait 24 hours to ensure there are no signs of discomfort, bloating, or allergic reactions before regular use. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience itching, swelling, or severe gas. 2. Measure & Mix Dosage for Adults: Take 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 g) of Baidyanath Ayurvedant Isabgol. Dosage for Children (above 6 years): Take 1⁄2–1 teaspoon (2–5 g) as directed by a physician. Mix the measured Isabgol in a full glass (200 ml) of lukewarm water, milk, or fruit juice. Stir briskly and drink immediately before the mixture thickens. Drink an additional glass of water right after consuming Isabgol for best results. Important: Do not consume dry Isabgol without mixing in liquid — it may cause choking. 3. Timing of Consumption For constipation relief: Take once daily, preferably at bedtime after dinner. For general digestion and fiber support: Take once or twice daily, 30 minutes after meals. For weight management: Consume 15–30 minutes before meals with water to promote a feeling of fullness. 4.
