Directions:
For cold therapy: Place the compression sleeve in the freezer for at least a few hours until frozen. The sleeve remains flexible even when frozen. Slide the sleeve over the affected area (knee, thigh, elbow, ankle, wrist, or calf) for 360° compression coverage. For heat therapy: Microwave the sleeve for 15 seconds. Add in 5-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Slide the sleeve over the affected area. The slip-on design requires no straps or Velcro. The sleeve can be worn while maintaining mobility.
