- STRETCHY STRAP FOR HANDS-FREE USE: Slide either gel pack into the removable sleeve and wrap the elastic strap, which adjusts from 24 to 43 in, around the area you want to cool or warm. Rest, read or work without holding the pack. The sleeve has a soft brushed outer fabric, a breathable 3D mesh inner layer and a hook-and-loop closure.
- REUSABLE HOT AND COLD COMPRESS: Freeze a gel pack for 2 hours for a cold compress, or warm it in the microwave (800 W for 35 s, 1000 W for 30 s or 1200 W for 25 s) or in hot water up to 176°F for 4 minutes. Always use it in the sleeve or a thin cloth, check the temperature first and apply for up to 20 minutes at a time.
