Cancellation Policy for Orders

At Nutricity, we do everything to process and ship your order quickly. Please read our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Period

• Orders can within 24 hours are cancelled after placement.
• Contact our customer service within this period to request a cancellation.
• If your order has not yet been shipped and the cancellation is requested within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

2. After 24 Hours

• After 24 hours, your order is usually processed or prepared for shipment.
• Cancelling may no longer be possible.
• If you still want to cancel after this period, you can refuse the delivery.
• Once the package has been returned to us in its original condition, we will process a refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs).

3. Important Notes

• Refunds always occur via the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are not refunded for cancellations after 24 hours or for refused deliveries.
• If the returned product is not in its original condition, a restocking fee (processing cost) may be charged.
