Order processing (Processing time)

All orders will be shipped within 1–5 business days processed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

The delivery time varies depending on your location.

The estimated transit time is 4–20 working days.

We ship within Belgium and to selected international destinations. Availability and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your shipment in real-time.

Customs, taxes, and import duties

All prices on nutricity.be include applicable taxes and import duties where applicable. In most cases, no extra charges will be charged upon delivery.

Damaged, lost or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, lost in transit, or is incomplete, we're happy to help:

Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the product and the packaging.
Lost packages: If the tracking is not updated or your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service.
Missing items: Report missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After verification, we offer a free replacement or resend at no extra cost.
