- SPECIFICALLY FOR FIRM TOFU : Formulated exclusively for making firm, well-set tofu with a stable structure, ideal for cooking, frying, grilling, and stir-fry dishes
- NATURALLY EXTRACTED FROM RANN OF KUTCH SEAWATER: Derived from seawater sourced from the Rann of Kutch, using traditional natural-sun drying extraction methods to obtain food-grade magnesium chloride (nigari).
- CONVENIENTLY PACKED IN SACHETS: The “Tofu Coagulant” contains 5 convenient packets of Nigari. Each sachet can be used to craft rich, creamy, and delicious tofu from 2 liters of soy milk. We provide you with detailed instructions with the product.
- BETTER THAN ACID-BASED COAGULANTS: Unlike lemon juice or vinegar, this nigari coagulates soy milk without adding sourness, preserving the natural flavor and adding magnesium and other trace minerals to tofu.
- MORE CONSISTENT THAN OTHER COAGULANTS: Creates fine, uniform curds for better texture and firmness, avoiding the crumbly or brittle results often seen with gypsum or mixed coagulants
- FOOD-GRADE & EASY TO USE: Pure, food-grade ingredient with no fillers or additives; dissolves easily in water and delivers reliable, repeatable results. Dosage is 3 grams per liter of Soy Milk.
- VEGAN, NATURAL, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, PRESERVATIVE FREE
