Senega Snakeroot (Polygala Senega) is a perennial herb with multiple stems up to 50 centimeters tall. The stems are usually unbranched, but some old plants can have branching stems. A mature plant can have up to 70 stems growing from a hard rootstock that spreads horizontally. The inflorescence is a spike of rounded white or greenish flowers. The fruit is a capsule containing two hairy black seeds.

Directions
Shake well before use. Take 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal glycerites is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents.
