Why soybean oil?

What is the best dosage to take?
100 mg daily is a common dosage of CoQ10. 200 mg is a common dosage used in clinical research and shown to deliver optimal results. For larger doses, splitting intake is recommended, absorption is most effective at around 100mg at a time.
Ubiquinone or Ubiquinol?
Ubiquinol is quickly converted to ubiquinone in the body, so both forms deliver the same end result. Bio-Quinone GOLD is in ubiquinone because it’s more stable and backed by the strongest clinical research.
